Average rating 2.0 based on 1 reviewI lived here for 0nly 8 months and left as I felt it was like a nursing home. Several of the doors are locked and you have to ask permission to use them. Garden patio area is in need of a gardener T he administrator is not objectIve nor an active listener when you address her with concerns. Some of the residents use racist and derogatory comments towards others.The transportation system in port perry is non existent except a bus every 1.5 hrs and no reliable taxi system as there is only one cab.There are only 18 parking spots for 41 tenants.Perhaps if you are elderly and like a nursing home atmosphere you might like it as several women do walk the halls in their nightgowns.I found this unacceptable as a man and when I mentioned it ,it was dismissed...The superintendent is subjective and gets into everyone's business.I was happy to leave as I found it all too stifling and full of gossip.The bldg is nice and the grounds but seriously has some management issues
